There was a time when NBA Live 2005 was the dominant basketball franchise, so some people might find it hard to get excited about it.
This series was an EA cash cow until they threw it away in favor of the NBA 2K series.
Nevertheless, it’s a fun game to play and does a good job of walking that fine line between arcades and sims, even for an “older” basketball game.
